The Calls tab displays Information on the communication phases of the call and how it was established and handled.
The grid displays call information provided by the SIP Header which is displayed in 4 columns.
- The first column displays the SIP Message Time, which displays the time the incoming message was received by the endpoint.
- The second column displays the SIP Message Type communication phase of the call.
- The Third column displays a select few SIP Message Headers
Click on + to display details on the SIP Message values of the particular phase of the communication.
