A Monitoring Alert is raised and sent to specified email addresses when a PowerSuite Monitoring Scenario is unable to complete the end to end user behavior. A Monitoring Alert is also sent to the same specified email addresses when the monitoring scenario that was unable to complete the end to end user behavior successfully recovers and completes the behavior.

A Monitoring Alert provides you with a notification that a single scenario status change has occurred . It provides you with awareness that:
- There is a failure making a call to a Zoom phone number.
- There is a failure making a call to a Microsoft Teams phone number.
- A failure has resolved, and calls can now be made to the Zoom phone number.
- A failure has resolved and calls can now be made to the Microsoft Teams phone number.
All Failure alerts include:
- Scenario name
• Assists in determining the affected infrastructure and impacted users (example: US headquarters, or Dallas branch office)
- Caller phone number
•Caller’s phone number (owned by Unify Square) that is used for making Outbound calls.
- Target phone number
- Failure time
- Failure type
• The type of failure
- Summary of other scenarios and their status
• Assists in understanding if the issue is localized to a specific scenario or if a systemic issue is occurring (example: multiple scenarios are failing)
