The Failure Alert email will be red and will contain the following information:
•The date and time in UTC that the failure occurred
•Failure Summary
o Incident
§ Incident ID
o Scenario Name
§ Name of the scenario that failed
o Caller phone number
o Target phone number
o Failure time
o Failure type
§ The type of failure that occurred.
•Other Scenarios
o Provides a summary of the status of your other scenarios
The Success Alert is sent as soon as a scenario that was once failing is now succeeding.
The Success Alert email will be green, and will contain the following information:
•The date and time in UTC that the scenario that was once failing succeeded.
•Failure Summary
o Incident
§ Incident ID
o Scenario Name
§ Name of the scenario that failed
o Caller phone number
o Target phone number
o Failure time
o Failure Type
§ The type of failure that occurred.
o Duration
§ Time the failure occurred for.
•Other Scenarios
o Provides a summary of the status of your other scenarios
