Problem Tiles
The problem tiles enable you to view and solve problems within your Skype for Business, Skype for Business Online, or Microsoft Teams environment and assist you in determining which problems need to be investigated to ensure a healthy environment. Clicking on a problem tile will open a details view of the problem, enabling you to view further information. The dashboard enables you to:
- Filter Problem tiles
- Sort Problem tiles
- Display further problem information in the details view.
- Navigate to another PowerSuite dashboard for further drill-down of the data.
The problem tiles display the following problem types:
