Problem Search

To search for a problem in the Insights Center dashboard either:

-     Enter one of the following in the Search field located at top the right hand corner of the Tiles page containing the problem tiles:

o  Problem ID

o  External Problem ID or URL

o  For Poor Calls Problems the following can be entered to search for a problem:

•     Scenario

•     Entity types

§ Example: Site Pair

•     Entity values

o  Example: New York ↔ Los Angeles

o  Tags

-     Enter your search query in the search field above the table column headers.

NOTE

The search is case insensitive.
