User Agent

The client software. The user agent details whether the user is using Skype for Business.

User’s Call ID

The unique ID for the particular user for the particular call. Click on the Call ID to be navigated to the Call Explorer Dashboard for further information on the call.

Conference ID

The unique identification number of the conference. Click on the Conference ID to be navigated to the Call Explorer Dashboard for further information on the call.

NOTE:

If Use Single Call Record is configured in the Visuals page of the Configuration Dashboard for your organization, you will not be able to click on Conference ID to navigate to the Call Explorer Dashboard

Conference URI

The unique Identification number of the conference itself.
