The location provides details on the quality of the calls made by the user over the time period. The call locations are broken down by type:
- Internal where the corporate network was used.
- External where the internet was used.
- Unknown where the location is unknown.
The calls for each of these connection types are broken down into good, poor and bad quality, and these are displayed by the different colors.
