The join time is the time that the participant joined the call or conference. The join time is a useful search tool. The user can inform you of the time and date of a particular call, thus allowing you to easily search for the call.
NOTE:
The time zone displayed is the one for which you the Help Desk Technician uses.
Example:
If you, the Help Desk Technician is in Pacific Standard Time (PST) but the user who had audio quality issues was in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), the join time will be displayed in PST, as that is the time zone you are working in.
