To start using Help Desk:
1. Enter the user’s Skype for Business address into the search field, for example JohnL@cordant.com.
2. PowerSuite Help Desk will search for 10 days’ data by default. If you wish to search for calls further back in history than 10 days, then select from the drop down menu the number of days’ data that you wish to view.
3. Click Search.
4. The blue progress bar at the top of screen provides information on the progress of the search you are performing.
The user’s call data will be displayed.
