VIP Support Role

 

This role is assigned to a person who provides the direct or indirect technical support to Executive and C level personnel within the organization. This role is responsible for the audio quality, audio reliability, and/or feature set and capabilities provided by the platform, focusing directly upon high-touch support for senior VIP level employees and their staff. This person rarely works within the voice service silo, often providing support for a broad set of support services as the primary contact with IT, but also interfaces with the Voice Services Group to ensure that high quality voice and unified communications services are delivered to this high value subset of users.
