In the Operations Dashboard, users who have used both optimized and unoptimized devices during the selected time period, but have used unoptimized devices for calls more than unoptimized.
NOTE:
Users have used an optimized device for calls, however, an optimized device has not been used consistently. It may be assumed that this is owing to a lost or broken optimized device, or the user is not consistently following best practices.
