Help Desk color codes the quality of each call or conference to display if the audio quality was good, poor or bad quality.

-     For a call to be considered good, the user would not have experienced any problems with audio quality.

 

-     For a call to be considered poor, the call would have audio quality issues that the user may have perceived.

 

-     For a call to be considered bad, the audio quality was impacted significantly, causing problems for the user.
