User Satisfaction

 

User Satisfaction displays the Skype for Business user satisfaction scores. The user satisfaction scores displayed are an index of the user satisfaction scores across a designated group of users. A User Satisfaction Survey is sent to a designated group of users, to obtain a User Satisfaction Score for a certain product or service. The Skype for Business User Satisfaction KPI displays the average user satisfaction score and the number of responses for the surveys. The chart line provides a quick view of the trend for this metric.

The User Satisfaction KPI enables you to change the survey to be displayed in the Overview Executive Dashboard.
