Service Availability

 

PowerSuite’s Skype for Business Service Availability uses proactive synthetic monitoring and takes into account all the unsuccessful calls that end users experience, but are not reported by traditional monitoring, typically provided by the service provider.  The traditional monitoring does not consider the dependencies that Skype for Business has on the infrastructure components necessary to enable all the service capabilities. The Service Availability KPI card displays the Service Availability over a period of time. The chart line provides a quick view of the trend for this metric.
