Viewing the Device Calls log

 

The call logs for a managed device can be accessed from the Device Details page.

 

1.  Navigate to the Device Management Explorer page.

 

2.      Select the Managed Devices tab.

 

 

2.  Select the device from the list displayed that you wish to view.

 

3.  Navigate to the Device Details page.

 

4.  Select on the Troubleshooting tab.

 

5.  Select the To Call Explorer button.

 

A new browser tab will open with PowerSuite Call Explorer Advanced Report Builder page displaying the call logs.

 

 NOTE:

To ensure Call Explorer functions correctly, SDN data for your tenant must be available.
