Password Troubleshooting

 

The following errors may be generated, if communication issues occur while changing password configurations:

 

Error

PowerSuite was unable to update the passwords of the managed devices. The PowerSuite Agent may need to be updated.

Explanation

Your organization may be using an outdated version of the PowerSuite Agent. The latest version of the PowerSuite Agent needs to be installed. The latest Powersuite Agent can be downloaded from the PowerSuite Resources page.

 

Error

PowerSuite was unable to update the passwords of the managed devices. This may be due to the PowerSuite Agent not running, or temporary connectivity issues. Check the status of the PowerSuite Agent and retry the password update request.

Explanation

PowerSuite was unable to reach the PowerSuite Agent. This may be due to Network issues preventing the PowerSuite Agent from being reached, or the PowerSuite Agent may not be running. Please check your PowerSuite Agent and network connectivity and then retry the operation.
