Firmware versions may be viewed, updated, and assigned using the following Device Management dashboard pages;
Additionally, firmware can be viewed and updated using the Firmware Tab in the Device Management’s Device Details page.
NOTE:
When Firmware is assigned using the PowerSuite’s Device Management dashboard, the device will be updated with the Firmware version the next time it contacts the PowerSuite Agent Provisioning Service.
