Devices query for the latest Feature Configuration each time they connect to the Listen Address. Listen Addresses are URL addresses, that the PowerSuite Agent Provisioning Service uses to listen for transmissions sent from devices. The PowerSuite Agent Provisioning Service will reply to the device by providing a configuration file containing the Feature Configuration.
