By default, VPN to server calls are not included in the All
Poor Calls KPI metric in the Service Health dashboard. To ensure the VPN to
server calls are included in the ALL Poor Calls KPI.
1. Select Visuals from the left-hand navigation pane.
2. Check the VPN to Server calls in “All” poor calls metrics check box.
3. Select Save.
When you check or uncheck the VPN to Server calls in “All”
poor calls metrics check box a will display. Select
to view a notification informing you
that current and historical poor call values may change.
NOTE:
Changing the VPN to Server calls in “All” poor calls metrics check box will take effect immediately on the KPI metrics displayed in Service Health and Operations Dashboards.
