To update the PowerSuite Agent with plug-in updates:
1. In the left-hand navigation pane of the Configuration dashboard.
a. Select General.
b. Select Agent Plug-ins.
The PowerSuite Agent plug-ins are displayed.
NOTE:
If an arrow is displayed adjacent to the plug-in’s name, this indicates that an update is available for that specific plug-in.
NOTE:
If the PowerSuite Agent is not connected or running it will check for new plug-in versions the next time it is connected.
If you wish to view the update information of a specific plug-in update, select the plug-in row.
NOTE:
The configured version detailed in the Agent plug-ins details pane on the right-hand side of the page, is the version that has been configured to be downloaded onto the PowerSuite Agent by selecting the Update All button. However, the PowerSuite Agent may not yet have been updated, and therefore the version on the PowerSuite Agent may be an older version than the one that has been configured. The next time the PowerSuite Agent connects to the PowerSuite service the Version on Agent will display the same version as the Configured Version in the plug-in’s details pane unless an error has occurred.
3. Select the Refresh button to update the Agent plug-ins details pane to view any updates.
