Slack

To configure Slack for PowerSuite and enable data retrieval:

1.  Select Slack in the selection pane of the Platforms Configuration page.

2.  Log into Slack.

3.  Determine if you have the Slack authorization rights to install the PowerSuite App in Workspaces.

a.  If you have the necessary Slack permissions;

i. Select Add to Slack button. You will be navigated to Slack

ii.          In Slack add the PowerSuite app to all the workspaces you wish to be monitored.

b.    If you do not have the necessary Slack permissions, contact your organization’s Slack Administrator for assistance.

NOTE:

To ensure the data from all the Slack workspaces is displayed in PowerSuite, the PowerSuite Slack application must be installed in all workspaces that will be monitored by PowerSuite.
