Single Call Record

 

By default, SDN data is used in the Call Explorer dashboard. To change from displaying SDN data to displaying Single Call Record from CDR and QoE databases:

 

1.  Select Visuals from the left-hand navigation pane.

 

2.  Check the Use Single Call Record in Call Explorer check box.

 

3.  Select Save.

 

 

NOTE:

Changing the Use Single Call Record in Call Explorer check box will take effect immediately in the data displayed in the Call Explorer Dashboard.
