• The Policy Management section only applies to policy management functionality.
To configure Policy Management
options, you can provide:
1. Email address in the Reply to field that would be displayed for recipients receiving emails from Policy Management service.
2. Email address in the Reply to (exceptions) field that would be used for all “Request Exceptions” buttons in the Policy Management emails (where applicable).
3. Click Save to confirm changes.
Note: If you need to request a test email or reset the
form, select the Send me test email button or and Reset
form button to execute your preferences.
