The Alerts and Thresholds tab of the Configuration Monitoring page allows you to configure the Service Availability thresholds that determine when Major Incident Alert and Major Incident Resolved Alert emails will be sent.
- A Major Incident Alert email is sent when the Service Availability drops below the Service Availability Low Alert Threshold. The recommended threshold is 80%.
- A Major Incident Resolved Alert is sent when the Service Availability returns to equal or greater than the Clear Alert Threshold. The recommended Service Availability Clear Alert threshold is 90%.
