Microsoft Teams

 

To configure Microsoft Teams for PowerSuite and enable data retrieval:

 

1.  Select Microsoft Teams in the selection pane of the Platforms Configuration page.

 

2.  Select Add Connection.

 

3.  Select the Connection Type.

 

NOTE:

The Connection type provides information on which Azure AD Application is approved and linked to PowerSuite functionality. To find information on the connection type, select the connection type and information on the connection type will be displayed.

 

4.  Enter your Azure Tenant ID (O365 Domain Name) into the field.

 

5.  Determine if you have Microsoft Teams permissions

a.  If you have the necessary Microsoft Teams permissions select Authorize.

b.  If you do not have the necessary Microsoft Teams permissions select Copy Link.

i. Paste the link from your clipboard and forward it to the person within your organization who has Microsoft Teams permissions, and request that they complete the authorization.
