PowerSuite provides the ability to import a CSV file to create new and update any existing static attributes.
1. Select Import Static Attributes.
2. Select Choose File to open a CSV file containing information about new or existing attributes.
Once the file is selected and opened you will see a preview of the first few rows of information contained in the file.
NOTE
PowerSuite requires that the first column (a key column) in a CSV file is a MicrosoftID or Email columns, that PowerSuite could use to associate users to their attribute values.
You will be receiving a warning in case the first column is not either MicrosoftID or Email columns.
NOTE
PowerSuite requires that all previously created static attributes along with any new attributes appear in the CSV file. If you have previously created custom attributes and these attributes do not appear in the file, you are opening you will see a warning notifying you of the attributes missing in a file.
TIP
If you need most recent list of users with all the attributes you can export that by:
a. Modifying any of existing attributes. The changes are not going to persist until you select a Save button on the bottom of the page.
b.
Selecting on the Download Preview Changes at the bottom of the page.
Following the request to download changes you will be getting an email with
a link to a CSV file that contains all user attributes, including static.
You could modify the file to remove other columns to be left with only MicrosoftID\Email and custom attribute columns that you need.
3. Select Save at the bottom of the page to save and apply your changes to PowerSuite dashboards.
