Configuring Audit Settings

 

To configure the number of days that call record files are retained for:

 

1.  Select Audit in the left hand navigation pane      .

 

2.  Enter the number of days in the Delete Audits older than (days) field that you wish the audit records to be retained.

 

 

NOTE:

The value entered must be between 90 and 365.

 

 

3.  Select Save.

 

Call records for audit will be deleted after the number of days configured has passed.

 

NOTE:

The default setting is 365 days.
