Benchmarks

PowerSuite provides the ability to display benchmarks in the Executive and Service Health Dashboards. By default, the Benchmark visuals are not displayed in these dashboards. To display the benchmarks in the Executive and Service Health dashboards:

1.  Select Visuals from the left-hand navigation pane.

2.  Check the Display Enterprise and Organization Benchmarks in Service Health and Executive Dashboard check box.

3.  Select Save.

NOTE:

Changing the benchmarks’ settings will take effect immediately in the Executive and Service Health Dashboards.
