The Base Email Template option allows users to create how an email looks when sent in PowerSuite. Predefined layouts can be selected and saved for email templates. Follow the steps below to configure email templates:
1. Select Base Template under the Email Template section. Select the Content, the primary, secondary, and tertiary background Colors based on the company’s branding.
2. Enter a URL in the Logo URL field to link to your company’s logo image source
3. Enter layout preferences in the CSS Styling section.
Advanced
Users
• Advanced users can copy the template in the Base Layout section or edit the code in HTML.
• Once the codes for the template are entered, select one or more of the
options below:
1.
Load defaults or Refresh button – This allows the user to refresh
the previous selections made for the email template (Load default would also
reload all above preferences, such as colors, logo, content).
Note: To
confirm loaded content you need to do one of a Save actions.
2. Save & Send me test email – This allows the user to save their current preferences and have the test email sent to their inbox (see below a sample email with default colors):

Save – This saves all email template preferences.
