Audit

 

The Audit Configuration page displays the usage of PowerSuite by users within your organization. The page displays:

 

-     Who logged into PowerSuite

-     Which PowerSuite dashboard the user visited

-     The time the user performed an action in PowerSuite

-     What action the user performed  while in the PowerSuite dashboard

 

Examples

§ What the user viewed

§ What search did they perform example: which user did they search using the helpdesk dashboard

§ What changes the user made to PowerSuite example: the number of users

 

Select  located on the right-hand side of the table, to select the columns you wish to display.

 

 

Select the arrow in the top right corner of each column to sort the information displayed by ascending or descending order, or to hide the column. The drop-down menu that displays when you select the arrow provides the ability to group.

 

 

Select group if you wish to group items displayed in the column together.

Example 

1.  In the Area column header, select group from the drop-down arrow

2.  The results in the column will be grouped.

3.  Select + adjacent to the group you wish to expand to view. Here we will expand PowerSuite login.

 

 

All the PowerSuite logins that have occurred will be displayed.

 

 

To perform another action in the configuration audit page, select Ungroup from the dropdown menu of the column header.
